At Valasaravakkam, Larencce Charitable Trust has a Home for differently abled individuals, catering their needs. Shelter, food, clothing has been taken care by the Trust. Two of the members have got admission in Sathyabama University, for proceeding their education in engineering through Our Trust. And the trust shelters old age and deserted individuals.
Dance School
Dance School will be started by the Physically challenged students of Mr.R.Larencce and free coaching will be given to differently abled individuals and it is open to public who have passion for dance. Right now, the trust has around 10 trained dancers.
Residential School Support Program
The Trust provides a very safety environment for children who have been denied the opportunity to go to school. Today, around 60 students go to Schools with bright uniform, happily saying Tata (bye), in school van arranged by the trust.
The trust hasn’t stopped with just school admission but works on the holistic development of these children. The residential school program will transform every child into a socially responsible citizen, educating on their rights and development in each child a sense of dignity, integrity and self confidence to take on the world.
Trained social workers have been appointed to take care of the school activities. Healthy food, Bright uniforms, colorful dresses, books, bags and fees are all taken care by the trust. Regular Tuition classes and Yoga classes have been arranged for improving their concentration and for their healthy life style.
Heart Surgery for Children
With the help of Health Minister Mr.Anbumani Ramdas, the trust is working for the cause of 36 children who need to undergo heart surgery. And we have successfully completed operation of 12 patients, out of which 3 operations have been self sponsored and remaining operations have been arranged by Health Minister Mr.Anbumani Ramdas.
Other Services
Apart from these regular services, the trust has been involved into various other helps. It has sponsored many students for their education, gave money for medical expenses of serious aliments, supported individuals to start a livelihood.
The trust activities will be increasing day by day. The Vision is to start a Small Happy Village, with Schools established for deserving Children, Old age home, dance School and residents for differently abled person.
